Venison Smash Burgers

Wanted to share this recipe. My burgers were getting a little boring. Hands down best venison burgers I have ever had. I did not try making the sauce but that sounds good too.

Break up ground venison in a mixing bowl...douse with soy sauce and worchestershire sauce, then be far less generous with tobasco sauce...massage it in. Will be the juiciest burgers you ever had, even well done! Learned recipe from a fat guy at work. 🤣

I can see how this can work. I like to cook my venison very well done when I make venison cheese steak. This is the same concept. Have to try when weather gets warm.
