Tonight’s Catch and Cook Dinner……pic

After a quick trip with Hammer yesterday I will be eating good for several meals.

Tonight’s catch and cook dinner. Fresh caught Black Fish Cakes Lightly coated in Cracker Crumbs, with a Butter and Garlic Rice, and Steamed Balsamic Asparagus.
