My first experimental Tog Cake is done and it was delicious. I have to tweak a few things nothing major but the recipe will be a keeper.

I used Mrs Duvalls crab cake recipe. I par boiled the fish in a little water with brown sugar in it until firm and white the whole way through instead of using crab. That was the only difference in the recipe that  I made.
