Deer loin recipe

I have not tried this recipe, yet! One of my buddies from PA hunting camp said he used a deer loin w this recipe and it was the best loin recipe he ever ate (he is a very good cook). Looking forward to trying.

Seems simple enough too!  Would be great with some garlic mashed potatoes, some green beans and a glass of wine!  Thanks for the share!

Like I said, guy who gave recipe is a great cook. Said this is best deer loin he ever had. I trust him!

Agree. There are other tougher cuts that would be suited for this recipe. I keep the straps for the grill.

I'm sure it is. Excuse the negativity. I'm just saying that a tender cut is better grilled.
