I bought a Venustas heated fleece vest .

fleece is nice and quiet

vest is super warm without heat , have only ever needed to use the lowest setting .

only thing I don’t like is they don’t use a battery pack plug the same as other charge packs .

So i bought a spare battery which was kind of pricey .

with the 2 batteries it will make it through an all day sit .

I also have the Venustas as stated above.

no complaints about it.

warm and works great.

I wear it under my safety harness up against my body and layer over the top.

I bought it to use during Archery season to try to not wear bulky jackets or too many layers. I find when very cold, wearing heavy jackets is a struggle to draw and shoot the bow (I don’t use a X-Bow). The vest has been exactly what I was hoping for.

I wear a base layer, then the vest, and a fleece sweatshirt after that and I have been good through some 30degree mornings.

Aunt bought this heated vest for me for my birthday last year…& I thought it would never be cold enough to wear it…but last week…huntin down in WV for the second week of their rifle season…it was cold….colder than we ever experienced down there in 20+ years …in the teens & lower w wind chills….so I used the heated vest and it worked great!  I would backpack it in w my other warm stuff…climb the hills and try not to sweat…don the warm gear once at my spot…& turn on the vest. It would last from 7 AM till 1 or so. The battery takes all day to recharge…& u can also charge your cell phone w the battery.

I have some Milwaukee tools so that’s what I went with. Rarely turn it on but when I do I’m always surprised how fast and warm it gets

without me, my rifle is nothing

My wife got me a Pnuma Outdoors IconX heated core vest and it’s awesome. It’s a base layer so it goes right on your skin. I didn’t want to trust it at first but you can cut a whole layer. Battery is external and charges quickly and lasts all day

I’ll say something. Forget the insoles. And here’s why. Last year around this time, a guy I work with had his insoles burst into flames. I watched as he literally hopped around in circles panicking. It legit burnt his foot (heel) to the bone. I’m not exaggerating. I feel like a vest or jacket you could get off quickly. Insoles you are absolutely screwed. The last thing you’ll be thinking clearly about is to calmly and quickly remove your boot. I speak from first hand experience, that you couldn’t give me a million dollars to use them. The guy, a year later, still Isn’t back to normal. Terrible thing to watch.

I've used the original Thermocell heated insoles for about 8 years now. They are ok at best. Chemical warmers are still better in my opinion. I have a Gobi Heat vest and socks. Both ok for a half day sit in the 20 degree range. I recently bought a TideWe heated jacket. Really nice. Heavier coat with heat in front, back, and hood. Lasts about 5 hours on medium.

ive bought 2 venutas vests and they are both great . Only issue is the battery sometimes goes bad. I had one I used all the time and the battery just fried up on me one day.  Ive been using them for about 3 years and I have decided to spend the extra $$$ ( about $100) and get the milwaukee vest for next year.  Its just so much more convenient and I think a little more reliable with the batteries. Just my 2 cents here.  Heated socks Ive never tried but, I know some guys that have them and swear by them .
