just saw a truck drive onto princeton research/ Thompson land property and 2 hunters got out and walked in. I thought  there was no hunting on any of those properties. Is there still some way to hunt them?

No longer leasing as far as I've heard

*Important Hunting Update*

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer our hunting program on any of the Thompson properties. We were unable to obtain insurance on the vacant land unless we ceased all hunting activity. This was a tough decision but a necessary one for the Thompson Estate.

They sold alot of land to the county but gave us a bunch of BS saying they couldn’t get insurance as long as the lands had hunters on them…I’ve leased a lot of land from them for over a decade.

There is no loyalty here to the customers that helped make Thompson land rich, they made millions over the years on the hunters and they just threw us to the dogs when the father died. To hell with Thompson Land maybe we will get lucky and illegal alien squatters will put up shacks on the land and homestead causing a tie up of the land in courts that will make things fun for Thompson when they cannot get them out.

There was a landowner next to the prop I leased named John Higgins..he sold his land to the county but made an agreement that upon sale the hunters on the property get the county permits to stay on the land and the county agreed so instead of the guys paying 1,000$ a year now they get there hunting land and only pay the 50$ permit…but being loyal would be too much to ask of Thompson I suppose lol
