Tikka t3x d18 cabelas exclusive

Does anyone have one or used one? Was thinking it may be the next .308

Just shot my pa buck last Saturday with my new tikka t3 lite in 308.  Fitted it with a leupold vx5 I think 3-15 power.  Has the red dot side button.  I took by far my farthest shot ever on a whitetail 130 yds or so.  That scope made it like shooting 50yds.  The gun is a tack driver as well.  I choose to shoot federal power shocks 180gr as it’s a dual gun for deer and bear on the first week!

Not sure what the Cabelas version offers above the standard model but the standard in stainless is almost 1/2 the price of the Cabelas one. I’m a believer in buying guns that hold value or actually increase.  Any chance you could look at a slightly used Sako?  If not the tikka is a great rifle.

So I went to Cabelas and looked at the Tikka d18 VSX in .308. I liked the way it shouldered and balanced so I picked one up and put a leupold on it. Hoping to get it zeroed soon and head out for coyotes with it. I hope it shoots as well as my other Tikka and likes the 165 sst loads I worked up.
