Check with Andover Hunt & Fish, Rt206 Andover

Soybeans I would try at your local farmers co-op. Andover Hunt and Fish on 206 N in Andover has apples. Beets are more of a south Jersey crop or so it seems.  Try pumpkins as well if you can find them.

Bears will eat the apples faster then corn
