Need a well-paying job?

My workplace is struggling to find good candidates. It's a union job (Local 4-406...though we are considering starting own union) and well-paying...top rate in current contract year is about $114K base plus OT. With overtime you can make another $30K+ if you want it. You will start on night shift (1830-0630)...12 hr shifts...3-day week then a 4-day week...you work every other weekend. There is forced overtime but once we're fully staffed that will diminish greatly. No college needed, extensive training provided.

For more details inbox me. You will be working an oil/gas pipeline loading/unloading barges, ships, railcars, pipeline moves, tank to tank transfers, steaming tanks, etc. Must know basic math, especially fractions.

If you want a 6-figure job and enjoy providing for your family reach out. If you are a lazy, get-over don't bother. Time is of the essence, good chance I can get quality candidates in!!!

Good luck.. I’m an operator at another terminal nearby from there, we are also short ppl need new hires bad. They’ve been trying to hire someone new for 6 months now.. Crazy they can’t find anyone. Like you said, great paying job great benefits, 12 hour shifts literally work half the year with your vacation time. Ive been working a bunch of overtime and it’s just getting worse. Hope you guys find a couple decent guys. We need them too!

Try recruiting other union members in different trades and unions.Some are laid off and just sitting home.

@Michael Britti remember the graveyard in that terminal. Did a bunch of piping layout there. Sheesh...must have been 35 yrs ago.

Me too live in Warren County since July 2023, commute less than an hour.
