Swedish pig...

[Swedish Hunter]

Just back from the annual vacation in Sweden. This year we went early and my son caught the tail end of the spring roebuck season. He only had a couple of days to hunt and weather was not cooperating so he ended up not even seeing a buck. Of course, the next day when the season had closed he located two bucks of which one was a nice shooter. There is a second season starting around the rut in August but I don't think either of us will make it back again this year. 

Although the deer hunt was unsuccessful, he did manage to get his first wild boar after passing on several smaller ones. 

He is quite liking the hunting in Sweden and is now considering college over there.
