mike033089 Posted July 5, 2024 Posted July 5, 2024 Had my absolute best day bass fishing in nj yesterday at a local lake. Felt like Maine, got over 30 nice largemouth into the kayak in several hours and a few pickeral. My uncle had just as many. I usually am always using senkos and always done well. What does everyone else use for bass here In NJ? This particular lake was Rocky, depth was 15 feet (guessing) and the shoreline would slope hard and quick within a couple feet. Few areas with lilys and some areas had grass several feet down. In Maine I love using everything from rubber, spinners, Rapalas, etc. but in NJ I’m usually using senkos and a mepps here and there since lots of nj lakes are packed with weeds. toxo, Boykin Runner, Bonefreak and 2 others 5
