Sushi Night

My wife and I snuck out minus the kids  on Saturday for sushi. This little gem of place near the palmer mall in easton pa is absolutely fantastic

I think sushi is one of the most eye appealing meals to look at .

SADLY for me I would rather eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, as I have never had any sushi I enjoyed .

and raw tuna to me only tastes like what ever you dip it into .

Same here. I have been out on overnighters with Asian who were very excited to prepare their fresh catch and had all the sauces and ingredients ready to to go and waiting. They offered me some and I said I really don't like it, but they said you have to try this. I spit it out.

I make a tuna poke that is very good. Prefer that over traditional sushi.

Like hammer said it's pleasing to the eye and I have always been a huge fish fanatic. I tried sushi for fist time maybe like 30 yrs ago and I didn't like it in fact I didn't try again 15 yrs later. Back in the day it was the seaweed wrap that I didn't like but then I tried it with soy paper wrap which is tasteless it's just a wrap to hold it together. Once I tried sushi this way it was like waking a hungry beast. I can't get enough of it.
