Last Batch of Jerky Till Next Season

I finshed my last bag a week ago. It was too good to go without. I cut up two Venison roasts and had two packs of Pheasant breasts. 

The Pheasant was my first attempt. 

Made my go to Bourbon and Brown Sugar recipe. 

This time, I spritzed/misted the finished product with more Bourbon.  WOW! :up:

Tastes good with a Bourbon and cigar in the summer too. :up:
