So this gets more and more interesting. So your saying max is 1000 but user can reduce to 750 through settings? 

How can they even enforce then? Stop everyone on an e bike to check settings?

It is actually pretty simple .

max of 750 is done by setting the speed governor to a low MPH , takes a little to set it .

If your driving at speeds most guys are in the woods your not trying to do over 30 mph.

the control on your bike shows what you have it set to . So IF they stop you it takes a glance to see what the bike is set at.

Agree not hard to understand, as a comparison it would be like a CO checking your shotgun to see if the plug is in
