Roon
What are you using, got 2 years out of my harbor freight lights, went to depot and got "submersible" lights BS one dump and they are toast. Where and what lights work? Not a complete a$$ hole just one of the dingle berries that hang off it.

Where and what lights work? You sure it’s the lights , and not the splice attaching them ? or a poor ground from your ball ? trailer lights usually last quite awhile Roon
MGHunter66
Two things, either unplug your lights before dunking( helps) or get roller guides with light mounts. Since I put them on my trailer they’ve never had to go under launching in or out Edited June 14 by MGHunter66 Roon, Greg, bushden and 1 other 3 1 AWM

Bonefreak
The struggle is real. If someone could invent trailer lights that last more than a few dumps they would be a millionaire!! Roon
Bad64chevelle
We’ve gone over to LED lights , and made sure all connections are in shrink tube . Fresh water only but it’s been holding up no issue for 3-4 years now . Roon, mazzgolf and Bucksnbows 2

And then get them up so they don't dump into the water when the boat gets dumped hammer4reel and Bucksnbows 2 Not a complete a$$ hole just one of the dingle berries that hang off it. CJ3a
Don’t use the connector that cuts the insulation to join wires. I use either weatherpack or Deutsch connectors. Roon 1 I spent most of my money on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.

rgw
I went with these and haven’t looked back, I keep a spare in the truck this way if one goes I can just pop it out and pop the new one in, plug and play Edited June 14 by rgw ratherbhunting, Bucksnbows and Roon 1 1
Bonefreak
I put some long strips of reflective tape on the back of my basstracker for when they eventually shit the bed. if a cop pulls u over for trailer lights and gives you a ticket he obviously never owned a boat trailer!!
