I live in central Hunterdon county and I haven’t seen chicks with hens in forever, literally years. A few adult turkeys is all I see. On the other hand, fox and coyote populations are absolutely booming.

I live in Clinton. I saw one hen years ago.

Rabbits too had a fox run through my backyard yesterday.

In across from route 78 from  golf course big tole on the animals. Ma ma doe had 2 may 14th only one now, also a 1 1/2 yr doe back leg is unusable

I’ve only seen one poult this season. It was in the mouth of a fox running across the street in front of me at one of my properties. Kinda bittersweet to be honest. One of the cooler things I’ve seen, but hurting the turkey numbers.
