Not much demand for slugs anymore since most states now switched to straight wall cartridges. I hope Barnes stays true to their word and keeps them in production, I shoot them as well

I have several. Never shot an animal w a Barnes slug. Still using accutips.

I don't see much point in rushing to straight wall unless you want to buy another gun for the collection.  Slug out of right gun has just as good, possibly better ballistics.  It would eliminate 220 empty hull jams though...
