Reel Repair

Recommended Posts

Guys, I have a Penn Saltwater feel that I got from my father that turns real hard and slow.  Does anyone do reel repair locally (Warren County) anymore or do I need to send it in to Penn.  y!

Send it to Penn in Philly

no one does a better job on their reels

They do it good but turnaround especially now isn’t gonna be quick.
Reel may just need a good cleaning as the grease may have dried out and is sticky?

My father took me there as a boy and I still stop by now and then although I don’t do much conventional tackle fishing like decades ago.

I have taken Penn reels there in the last. They come back good as new.
