Stay in top of that, Bob. Hunterdon Medical Center has a wound center that deals with this. My mom just went through something similar due to poor blood circulation. It started back in January and is resolving only now, with weekly visits.

Heal,Bob, Heal.  Looks a lot worse than when I lost a nail and had blood blisters do to Raynaud's disease.  Take care of the diabetes.
