My wife and I did 10 days back in August . When to Dublin and saw ND Football game against Navy and then traveled the west coast , south and finished up in Shannon . What a great place .

There are a lot of really great tours to choose from but we prefer to rent a car and do it ourselves.

If you are really adventurous, my buddy and his friends just winged it.   Each night they would have dinner in a local pub and ask if anyone had a room for the night.   They had multiple offers in every town they visited.
