Minnesota: Trigger Ban Bill Passed in Conference Committee

Yesterday, House File 2609 was passed in conference committee and will proceed to the House and Senate chambers for a vote. The bill amends the definition of trigger activators and could potentially implicate many common factory installed triggers.
