Fluke/flounder help

I have a 14ft boat. I work near Absecon. I’m trying to get into fluke fishing. What rod nd reel set ups do you recommend. And style drift. Cast etc. thank you   I’ll be fishing the bays near AC and near 7 bridges I think near old fish place

7' medium action rod.  12lb braid.  Most of your fishing is shallow. 6-15'.

1/2oz jighead. 3" gulp. Chartreuse. 

White bucktails 1/4-1oz. 

Don't worry about a cast net. But get a quality net to land your fluke. Don't lift into the boat. Slide them into the net. 

If you have a depth/fish finder try and find the edges/dropoffs/slopes. Depending on tide the fish will stage there.
