Venison Heart Bruschetta & Venison Heart Parmagiana

I combined several recipes for bruschetta, using the ingredients I like most. Also had enough to make parmagiana which I served over angel hair pasta.

Well, I have never before had deer heart......After seeing this I cannot wait to make and try it! :up:  :up: Looks great!

 

I look at the heart as the best part, so when/if I do get venison heart, I try to come up with a way to prepare it that 1) I have never done before and 2) is special and unique. I have to say that the Bruschetta is my favorite so far.
