Any interest in a health and fitness section here? I spend a ton of time in the H&F section on archerytalk and its's a good plCe to share info, help other guys out with training and nutrition and anything health or fitness related

thats actually a good idea. in the summer i ride my bike a few times a week. the winter is hard. i do not get how people wake up before work and hit the gym etc.... thats dedication.

Been in the gym 5 days a week for 22 strait years. ( no missed time) I begin 23 on april 1st. Never touched any juice although I have been very tempted. I am not in the shape I was before my 2 kids showed up as my diet could be better but all is good.

I could post a bit on healthy eating but I am tired of being made fun of.............

Only thing I did was convert a big shed into a PowerPlant no ventilation I wore a rubber suit and did all supersets without breaking for 2 hrs every morning one day back legs abs the next day arms shoulders chest and took androtestosterones 5 days a week ah man I'd pay to get back like that again but then the effect of temper tantrums and throwing shit allover the house wasn't cool and starting fights
