this is pretty cool, im sure there is a diy that ive used before called a stick and a string

Haha yeah it's a pretty simple thing they did, just "enhanced" with the materials.550 cord would work just as well :)

I always carry a length of paracord 750 with me into the woods. I got a spooler that has a cutter and lighter holder. It's come in handy many times to create natural blinds, fix a broken boot lace, and a bunch of other things.
