Let's start with what kevinh9189 linked to in the omitted case facts discussed here: https://www.yahoo.com/tv/making-murderer-prosecutor-emails-us-9-reasons-steven-233447676.html

I will only say that I trust that DA as far as I can throw him.

Were the inmates subpoenaed to testify in the case?

The DNA on the hood could have been planted.

Also if there were chains, ropes, etc to tie her down to the bed how come there was NO evidence of this on the bed itself?

She would have unquestionably resisted and there would have been all kinds of wear marks, etc on the bed posts.

Where's the blood in the trailer?! Those two simpletons couldn't clean their on rear end let alone a brutal crime scene in a trailer! Where's the dna in garage blood would've splattered over everything if she was shot 14 times? Why was the county police there when they weren't suppose to be and magically evidence shows up days and months later of searching? Why was Avery tried as a man that acted alone but then his nephew is tried and convicted as they acted together? Why would he put a body in the back of her car to dump her feet away in a fire pit? If he was so good at cleaning why didn't he clean the car and why would he dump the car on his lot? I think dassy's step father and maybe brother where the ones involved who had no real alibi but each other and their timeline didn't add up to the bus drivers Why was a vile of blood tampered with? The fbi test was never done before or since cause it's not a rock solid test. The timeline the bus driver gave and dassy's brother gave are different and I doubt the bus driver is the one lying. Cops did a lot wrong for years here and where trying to cover their asses! There a lots of questions in this case that where unanswered and nobody else was even questioned as a suspect? Like I said I think Scott the step father and maybe the brother acted together and maybe the crooked ass cops put them up to it, who knows but either way I think a blind man can see that Lenk and Andy where in cahoots together in this cause their rep was on the line!

All great points and all many of the same questions I had.

I just can't determine a motive for Scott and the brother.

What about the ex boyfriend and the voicemails, where a Cingular wireless expert said there was no way the last VMs on her phone could be on there unless VMs were deleted to make space during the time she was missing. The ex boyfriend just "guessed" the password? Yeah OK.

Yeah true, maybe. I definitely found it odd that Bobby testified out of nowhere. Thought it was to protect his brother. But then the step father getting involved did seem even more odd.

And it would make sense they would ditch the car there and frame Steven, but why? What do they have against him?

Also the part of Steven and his phone calls to her seems disturbing. Along with setting up the appointment next door so she would come.

The phone calls Avery made are the only part that has me questioning his innocence!

Trying to think back now. Was Avery's voice on a voicemail? Scott could've been doing the calling from Averys phone? If we can believe the excused juror which I think we can the jury was more for innocent but after 4 days weak minded people can give up or just be persuaded by one stubborn person that wanted guilty no matter what.

it was def a frame up by the cops and the brother in law i bet..Halbachs blood was found in the back of her own RAV so she had to have been killed somewhere and driven to another place. She def wasnt killed in the trailer.

i question why there were bones found at 3 different sites...burned one place and then spread around or was she burned 3 different places?

its amazing the lies you can blatantly tell in court and have nothing happen to you..so many times the cops were caught in conflicting stories...

I wonder if Brendan knows the truth of who killed her and was told not to tell or they would kill his mother or something..

hilarious that the county prosecutor was tripped up for sexting...a real stand up guy

the movie made it appear that avery was innocent but there was plenty we didnt get to see apparently that would explain his guilty conviction..

As already posted where are the marks from the hand cuffs and shackles as well as the blood evidence,

But also if they had only been used on avery gf why didnt the defense produce them for testing ?

The extent the garage was chipped up, would have had to allowed them to find blood if she had been shot there.

Left out was that they said there were more proofs that the orig burn sight had been avery yard,

If thats believed how could anyone not feel he was involved.?

A jury is more apt to be ok with finding an innocent man guilty than they are possibly letting a guilty one go

Was he framed ?

Im more inclined to think the cops felt he was guilty, and twisted everything they could to gain a conviction.
