Maple Bourbon Chipotle Backstraps

I cooked the last backstrap from last season in a Cabela's marinade. My buddy gave me a $40 gift card because I helped him set up and zero his crossbow. I found some spice rubs and marinades in the Bargain Cave and tried them. I usually make my own instead of buying them but this one was very good.

I use them sparingly through the year so I have enough till next season.
