Turkey.  Like Kype said, it's always trout season in NJ!  I was out trout fishing yesterday, in fact.  Trout never closes at all during the year if you follow the regs.  I vote turkey.

Can't fish til summer; it's a warmth thing . So in order of season :

Like 3 Blade said, take it eassyyyyyyy!  I am still trying to get my little guy on a deer.  Tough season this year, as everyone can attest to!

 

After February we can switch gears.

The next season is shed hunting season, followed by food plot and mineral supplementation during scouting season.  Then, its deer hunting season again!
