Well sorry to keep you waiting we found it in the swamp where I thought it would  go hit liver and lungs . Dog work was great took the. No time when your not sure back out and call it make it earlier for dog. Wieght was 83 lb.

Scouted a thick kettle where there used to be scrapes and kicked up a buck.  He stopped to look back then walked off.  I don't think he knew what spooked him.  No clear shot at him.  Too thick for a shot so I left everything in the truck to make better time.  Wouldn't have seen him if he didn't go up on a hill.  No scrapes there but did find a fresh one right on a farm rd and others not too far from there.  Probably done at night but will try sitting there one morning closer to the rut.
