Sako 30-06 Great Deer Rifle

Long story but here is the condensed version.  I bought this gun on here and my old man 2 months later gave me a new in box model that he was saving for me when I came to visit him.  Don't need 2.  $1200 must be properly transferred.  Bergen county.

Every one of my Sako rifles shoots under an inch at 100 yards with most under 1/2".

Honestly my pricing is very fair.  I’m sure I’m close to what I paid.  But it’s only worth what somebody is willing to pay.

miss read your post. I was thinking this is a new rifle so I asked how much you paid but rereading it it looks like you bought it here, used, so my question is irrelevant

No problem.  To me this is a $1500 gun all day before rings.  Scope is ehh.  But drop a modern scope on this and you have an absolute deer and elk slayer.

30-06 is a great round. I dropped in place with this caliber 25olb pig, mature mule and this year antelope. GLWS. I’ll look into this gun since I know nothing about it. Is it a blind magazine?

yes, push feed.  I would guarantee sub MOA if we went to the range in Goshen with factory AMMO.

L61R.  One of the best models made.  I have quite a few. This model was made when they wouldn’t let them leave the factory unless they were sub MOA.
