If u hunt it often build a bridge.  Didn't have to be spectacular

Takes a few days after a heavy rain for it to go down. Other than that I can walk across. A bridge would invite everyone to cross.

Sow with three 2 year cubs just came out of the swamp behind me. Glad they didn't come toward me.

Making a better blind little closer to the swamp. Moved a big log, sat down in the log pile and see a bear peak out from behind a tree 20ft away. It was looking around and sniffing. Came walking straight toward me and I  had to scare it off when it got about 10ft from me. Pics later. Take too long to load back here with poor reception

That's the one thing I hate about being in pop up blind I leave all windows closed. Keep waiting for a head to pop in .Bobby had one sniff his head a few year back

I squeeze my cheeks when the bear puts it's ears back and stands it's ground. Can't say I'll ever get used to them but they don't bother me much after seeing so many up close. They are going to play it however they want to. Crapping my pants would just add icing to the cake .
