I'm taking my sons out this afternoon to Zone 8 for some muzzle loader hunting. This is the first time that we've been out together in about a year. Hopefully, we'll get a deer or two. Good Luck to everyone going out today.

Going to try and get in a last hour of the day bowhunt in z2...   The spot I am reduced to, I could literally get on stand at 4:30pm and not blow the hunt at all.  I see over 20 deer usually , from great distance, and if the wind is just right, I may have a shot opportunity at a nice doe or one of a few remaining mature bucks.

In the blind with my youngest son. Of course now it's raining. At least we are in a blind.

Went bird hunting at Flattbrook, we put up 9 total with 6 being together, if I had a partner we may have got a few, as it was none offer up a shot, and all made a bee line to the safety zone!!! Lol

I took the ML for a walk and posted near a crossing for the last hour. Same results...0

We saw a total of 6. My oldest son passed on a big bodied 4 point.
