Just had a big tree come down 100yds below me. Must be weighted down with water. Just had a small tree come down 10yds in front of me as I'm typing this.  No deer.

Been working lost my private spots.  So I'm back to public and I'm learning a new spot.

Now that I'm not hunting doe,

3 doe almost walked into me. 5yds before the nanny knew something was up. She got downwind and kept snorting. Still down below snorting. Think she came back a little. Hope she leaves before blowing off any bucks.

I can finally scratch the itch on my nose.  Nanny came back and snorted 10yds behind me. Then walked all the way around me to where she first was with the other two at around 30yds. Then circled within 10yds all the way back around the other way doing head fakes and checking the wind. Finally walked off the way they were originally heading. 100 shot opportunities.  Felt good to see a little action.
