range recomendations

So I'm looking to sight in my 35 Rem for Pa deer season.  are there any places in

North/Central Jersey. Last season my scope came loose and I just nicked a buck.  I don't need another one like that.

Clinton all 30 cals 100 yds

I just looked it up and I see Flatbrook has one too. I didn't realize I can sight in a rifle there.  Thanks. Now that buck is not going to walk away from me.

Yes flatbrook I think it's 75 yards

Smart thinking on your part to git er done now before the ranges get mobbed,If you go to Clinton you have the Clinton station diner there pretty good food, but the flatbrook range is much prettier scenery and you have the Layton inn. enjoy which ever you decide

I am obsessive over accuracy...that being said, prefer sighting in an indoor range that has zero wind. 

I always sight in at Davis Shooting sports, as its range is 100 yds .

I'm in Cranford so RTSP is only 50 yds. I prefer 100 but 75 is ok too.

Looking at Davis the ride is probably about the same as Clinton or Flatbrook. Only good thing about Flatbrook is my kid. He lives in Lake Hopatcong so I can grab him on the way.

Yes Davis would be 45 minutes 42 miles added Plus instructors there

That's a .35 cal not a .30, but I won't tell if you won't!  You can shoot a .300 win mag  at Clinton, but not a .35 Rem.  Stupid if you ask me.

Clinton gets crowded.   Be prepared to wait and don't forget your target stands.

Yeah just an FYI you can't shoot it at one of the public ranges. I shoot my .35's at a buddies farm, even though Clinton is right down the road.

How closely do they monitor it?  Or will the biggest risk be other shooters?
