Today's the only day I can hunt this week. I have two fawns bedding near my blind. Spots are still visible, I'm giving them a pass

Might be a silly question, I'm aloud to take more than one doe during early season, correct? I know how many I can harvest in zone 5, first archery season

In general, depends on zone you hunt when it comes to bag limits. Look at the digest / regulations for the zone you are hunting. It has typically been that the early season (and by that I assume you mean the September EAB season) are in the liberal zones only, and you can take more than one in those zones. When in doubt, check the table in the digest - look at your zone and find its bag limits:
