Looks yummy.I fired up some deer backstraps and elk burgers on the fire on sun.cooked a slab of bacon first then cooked everything in a little bacon grease.god it was good.

looks really good. i made vension sausage and peppers other night ago. it was outstanding. im sad i only have one pack left. i might have to shoot a doe during permit shotgun now just to get more. i opted for the "hot sausage". the butcher mixes crushed red pepper in it.

Ely's makes some good stuff, used them for years, but now I'm closer to Hartman's and their stuff is awesome too! :up:
