I remember doing this on NJH years ago. We compiled all the bear harvests into one thread. It was neat to get everyone's bear photo in one place so we could see them all and not miss any.

 

So please post up your best 2015 bear picture here. 

 

Doesn't have to be a kill. Maybe you tried really hard, but good luck left the building. 

 

Could be:

 

- Your 2015 Bear kill

- Your best 2015 trail cam bear photo

- A tree that jumped in the way of your shot.

- Your favorite moment from the 2015 bear season.

 

(I didn't even buy a tag or hunt, so I can't kick this off, but someone be the first, don't be shy)

I'll play along.

First pic is the 184 pound sow taken on Monday. 2nd pic is the king of the Forrest...every bit of 500 pounds. Saw him in person and it looked like a black Volkswagen. Smart, smart bear.

Thanks for stepping up and kicking it off Ray! Congrats on your bear and that other one is probably still out there for next years bow hunt. How exciting would that bear be to take with a bow?!

Got my first ever on Monday at 4:49. 112.5 lbs. dressed, two ear tags and a mouth tatoo. It was my daughters birthday too, and she always wanted me to get a bear for her. Shot through the heart, he only went 25' or so before dying.
