Jakesbeard Banned from "That other site"!

So it looks like it maybe the end for me over there not sure how to take it all in fact I'm a bit shocked to say the least.

In fact it happened so quick I thought maybe it was some form of equipment failure or a software problem then I worried it was because I was posting from work and they were cracking down on errant website use but then I got a couple txt and a call from one of the other mods there.

It all stemmed from me mentioning a new project myself and a few friends started its a website and of course I posed about it without being a paid sponsor there but I NEVER thought our service would be considderd competition for any of the sponsors on that site but maybe they have many other site not related to the outdoors IDK.

I hope I don't get banned here but the service is a dating site you fill out your profile and we set you up for a "Nooner" it's called "Its just sex" if you liked each other you can carry on with your selves and even get to know each other if not we set you up again till something clicks.

Who knew they would take things that way.

C'mon John, are you really being serious here or just spamming?

If you're being serious about your site, I'd imagine it's against the rules their forum...mod or not, but I'd also imagine they'd remove it and warn you, not ban you.

Truth be told I'm still there and still a mod but I got a bit bummed today when a guy literally asked for help with a thread he started and two of the posters mentioned OMG none sponsor solutions to his question so admins killed the thread giving a VERY IMO reason for doing so and not in a way that the OP could see it.

"Hunters helping hunters" is now a very tricky thing there.

Any how I'm surprised you would take my post seriously for more then a second really a take off on Its just lunch.... Come on.

More like blowing off steam also a few of my old friends have been telling me I really need to show up here more often so I have been leaking here for a couple weeks seeing the posts of a few folks I truely miss over ther (and one I don't).

I registered here a while back but never got used to navigating but I do have to say your gratis here are VERY nice.

Autocorrect is a pain on smart phones.  I don't even know how they come up with half the stuff they replace words you type with.

P.S.  I hate to play the Mod card but you need to understand the rules over here. 

 

1. It is perfectly okay to mention other sites on here, there will be no time outs for saying New Jersey Hunter.

2. It is perfectly okay to promote products on here.

3. You can even apply your quick wit to other members of this site, so long as your wit is kept sharp enough that the other party does not realize they are being cut.

 

But there is one thing that we cannot tolerate around here:

What is this site's policy on microaggressions?  I see that "the other site" is turning into a bunch of liberal college campus kids and they are banning people due to microaggressions.

 

So in order to keep up with the Jones's, again I ask, what is our policy on microaggressions?
