Roselle Park Butcher

I keep being told there is a butcher in Roselle Park. Does anyone have any details?

Are you referring to Lutz's Pork?  If so, they didn't butcher but they do process already butchered meat.

I think you may be thinking of Irwin Heinrich. He was in Roselle Park and butchered deer....not sure if he still does though.

I stopped in there around 2010 and there were newer owners.  They said there was too much work to switch between game animals and non-game animals so they stopped butchering.  Things may have changed since then...I haven't used them since as I moved away from the area.

Lutz's made the best glazed hams, and I had a buddy who used to send them to me during the holidays. Hopefully the new owners are still making them the same way. They were delicious.

They use to do a lot of deer.....but it wasnt cheap.....
