The venison has been in the brine since Tuesday. I'm getting together tomorrow with my buddies to make some jerky. We have about 30 pounds to smoke. I'll take some pictures of the process. Most of my jerky is going to my oldest son and his Marine company. I always keep them well supplied with jerky. Sorry about the blurry photo.
