It's an inconsistency with their records on that mapping tool. Sometimes you can find a match on block and lot in the Monmouth county tax record search (has all counties). If not you have to go to the county tax office to get the info.

Null also means that an adjacent lot is the same owner. I technically own two lots and one on the tax map is identified as null.

Is the SIS site any more accurate and is it free???

I'm looking at state tax maps tonight scoping out a creek for trapping.

And I keep seeing properties labeled null

What the heck is null!!

How do I find out if I can use this land

I have permission to hunt that land. I got the OK from the 2 farmers that own that piece, Null and Void.
