Site only works on phone not on laptop???

Since the server upgrade I cannot access via laptop. Only mobile phone. What's the deal?

Tried rebooting laptop and recycled modem/router. Laptop still no good. Out for dinner using data and wifi phone works much better

If your phone works well but laptop doesn't it sounds like the laptop or home network might be what's slowing you down. Try rebooting the computer at home and clearing the browser cache as detailed in the link on bottom of page 1.

I cleared cache and rebooted laptop and recycled router and modem. iPhone working great away from home but hit or miss on wifi in the house. I have never had these issues with any other website

If I turn off wifi on IPhone it works I can connect. I have tried rebooting laptop with Windows 7 and IE Explore - and resetting DSL modem and router but phone and laptop will not connect to your website. Any other site works fine there is something very wrong here b

OK, the first thing, what are you seeing when you try to access the site via your laptop or iPhone on WIFI?

Any error?

What does the site say when you go to https://www.njwoodsandwater.com

 

To me this sounds like a routing issue.

One network (your cell phone) works fine, and the other (your WIFI, i.e. your ISP at home) doesn't.

That's an indication that one is routing properly to the correct server and the other isn't.

Who is your ISP?
