I have two nice old classics. I have a red butt pad tang safety m77 in 7mm mag for $650 and a nice old 760 in 3006 for $700

Well I thought it was - turns out it’s a counterfeit leupold.  Still functions. Just a low end scope

Those Knock-Off Leupold's are not good scopes. Probably comparable to a Tasco.
