Does anyone know where I can get live pigeons?

1980s friend and I would go along Rt. 18 at night with a long bamboo pole with a trout night attached and get pigeons from under the overpass, cops were pretty cool, said just don't get run over, don't know how it would be in today's world, may think you're a terrorist.

Want young ones to start a loft? Keep them locked up for a month or 2 and then they'll keep coming back. You can put them out for the pup and reuse them since they return. 

Or do you just want a couple for expendables?
