mazzgolf
This one is EASY! Some dude had some kind of an inflatable raft with something spray painted on it... and an electric drill for a motor. OldPiney Woods
Back in the old days all trout stocked waters were closed on the day of stocking. They opened up again at 5 am the next morning. I use to go to my local trout stream at 5 am and fish a couple hours before school. One day I saw a guy leaving. He had on a jump suit and waders. He took them off and had a full business suit, dress shirt and tie on under the jump suit. He was obviously off to work. Bucksnbows
Was fishing with a buddy new to the West Branch a few years back. A beaver slid off the bank and he asked me if I have ever had any issues with them while fishing. At that point I had been fly fishing for trout for at least 45 years and I laughed at him and said, "never!". Sure enough, maybe 20 minutes later a big SOB beaver glances off my leg and nearly takes my buddy Nick off his feet. It was obviously not happy we were wading in this backwater area. He turned to me and starts laughing and reminding me what I had said only moments earlier. We still laugh about it every time we see each other. BowhunterNJ
Strangest thing I ever saw was @Bucksnbows catch a trout, only to find it was with a dry fly decoy bobber and powerbait on a size 10 barbed baitholder beneath it! Don’t let Brian fool you as this great dry fly guy. Look at the pic I took in his garage when I worked on his steps… BowhunterNJ, Live to Hunt, Tarhunt and 4 others

Funny, but as I clearly recall, I never had time to fish that day because I was constantly removing your flies from the surrounding forest. Tarhunt
When I was a teenager, a couple of my friends and I were fishing the Musky way below the Bloomsbury dam when my buddies looked up the river and started screaming to get out of the river. I was like what the hell? Then, I saw what looked like a human body floating down towards us. We got out and were like what do we do now? We decided to grab a few tree branches to pull the body towards the river bank. I was elected to do it. I slowly got into the water and waded over to it. I then realized that it was a mannequin. I heard laughing from the bushes and here was my brother and his buddies crying because, they were laughing so hard because, they were the ones who floated it down towards us. I have yet to get my revenge on him. Edited March 16 by Tarhunt archer36, Coyoteslayer, toxo and 11 others 3 11 "The Nation Which Forgets Its Defenders, Will Itself Be Forgotten".
