Tired of wading shoes wearing like flip flops. Going to redo these felt soles. Probably going  reuse the ones I'm taking off. Clean them up and put them back on securely

I'm going all the way and taking both layers off and reglue them

Then screw them in. I use 5/8 kold kutter racing screws.  
 

I got a bag of 1000 years ago.  I put 12 a boot.  Use a screw gun to install.  When the heads wear down remove and reinstall new ones.  Really helps with traction

Barge Cement. Same stuff shoemakers use. I’ve done it before on another pair

That’s for a baseball pitcher on his push off foot, it ain’t going to hold these for long. Barge Cement put on once the right way and your done. Shoe Goo breaks down and looses contact with the surface it’s applied to after awhile
