Loggy Bayous were/are great stands. I still own a couple that I use as lock-ons from time to time.

My friend had the "cheap seat" or maybe the slightly bigger hang-on, the name escapes me...But it was very lightweight. Weighed next to nothing. I didn't like hang-ons much back then, I thought climbers were the ticket so I never got one of them but.... Now that mobile climbing methods have improved, I use almost all hang-ons.

Still, that stand there is probably only 11#'s with the climbing aid and it can be used as a climber or a hang-on.....To me that can't be beat. It rivals the lightest stands on todays market.

If I didn't have a basement full of them, I'd be buying it. lol

I still have mine as well. And use it every time I good into the woods. Easy to setup and light as can be. I think only 12lbs. I take great care of mine, I still use the original band for the stand.

Just my two cents, GLWS. Whoever buys it is getting a great stand. Although I never had the climbing aid, not much to say about that.
