I think this would be a great start for someone just out of college. The way I read this it is basically a paid internship with a great career opportunity.

FMLA can be intermittent. However, I am not sure if your employer is forced to provide intermittent or not, it’s been a minute since reading the law over.

It’s a full career. Not a paid internship.
