As some of you may know I injured my knee hopping out of my climber almost three weeks ago. I am now scheduled for arthroscopic surgery 11/17. The doc tells me I should recover fast so I might be ready for the latter part of NYS rifle and NJ shotgun.

Good luck! Hoping for a speedy recovery.

At least you didn't claim it was an on the job injury and collect a paycheck while continuing to hunt.

Stand up move!

Do what they tell you and then relax in the woods.

Thanx for all the well wishes

I am thinking about driving down to IBSP tomorrow. I can drive on the beach and fish near my truck. According to Betty and Nicks they are catching stripers. A 30pound striper will salvage my month.

Last week I went and bought a new rifle (AR-15)to cheer me up. Fun toy, but it didn't lift my spirits much.

Yes that's what the doc said and several other people I have spoken to who have had their knee "scoped".

I am hoping to be ready for six day or PA flintlock

Right now, however, I am pretty much down in the dumps
