Bucks starting to shed in a few areas 

hope they don’t get shot as big does . 
wish the season for everything ended mid January

Sometime next week, it's inventory time.  Camera over corn & sweet feed,  no one hunts winter bow on or around where I hunt

I had 4 shed bucks on cam the other day.  I watched them from afar and thought it was a group of does until they all walked 3 ft in front of a camera and confirmed all bucks.  Check carefully when shooting a doe now!

Filled the freezer last week before christmas. Hopeful to get out for a few sits and scout some new locations for next season. I think my favorite time for hunting is Late-December thru early January, colder temps and less people.
